TECHNICAL AREA SERVICES
a) TECHNICAL LOGISTIC SERVICES:
- Consultancy for managing and exploiting exhibit space; - design and printout of the general expo layout in .dwg format; - drawing up a service guide for exhibitors, according to the specific requirements of the expo/event; - planning all tests and checks regarding security and safety in the expo centre and on the stands; - design of exhibit layouts;
supply and set-up of fitted stands (shell schemes) and custom stands, with the possibility of renting additional furnishings and fittings; - electricity, water and compressed air supplies; - telecommunications
- ticket/cash desk system: - design and dimensioning of ticket desks; - management of performing rights problems; - production and management of various types of entrance media; - access control; - fiscal/tax reports; - traffic statistics; - compulsory and additional insurance;
- car parks; - automatic payment machines for car parks; - railway station with services on request and automatic ticket dispenser in the expo centre; - shuttle bus service directly to and from Rimini, Bologna and Forlì airports; - helitaxi service; - car hire;
- 24-hour surveillance;
- rooms for company meetings; - conference rooms; - plant rental;
- Loading - unloading goods and packaging storage; - transport of material to and from the expo centre; - material shipment service c/o DHL office in the expo centre;

b) staff service:
- exhibitor reception and assistance with qualified staff (SATE office); - visitor assistance with qualified staff (business centre); - hostesses and interpreters; - access control staff
c) catering service:- two à la carte restaurants, three free flow restaurants, six bars and snack points; - catering service organization on exhibitors´ stands, in conference areas or in other locations outside the expo centre.

MARKETING AREA SERVICES
a) assistance for promoting events in Italy and abroad:
promo-mails, promo-faxes, turnkey printing service (writing, layout, translation, label printing and mail-out); web marketing: thematic promotional newsletter (it/eng); thematic trade newsletter available to subscribers; media planning: national and international advertising planning and assistance (on request, translations are available into the necessary language); graphic consultancy, realization and printing of promotional material; customer satisfaction analysis (exhibitors and visitors); sales and commercial office service.
b) incoming:
travel organization (air, rail, ferries); hotel bookings; organization of coach transfer with hostess service from all the main airports (Milan, Bologna, Rome, Forlì and Rimini); organization of foreign delegation trips; reception of foreign trade members, delegations, speakers; reception assistance in hotels; organization of recreation/leisure activities:
parties, gala dinners, excursions; organization of workshops and business meetings; organization of company visits; customer satisfaction analysis (exhibitors and visitors).
