Recently, the Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV enterprise based in Mexico with branches all over the world, is sending to the exhibiting companies some forms asking for datas´ amendments on the same companies for advertising space publication on the magazine Expo Guide.
By fulfilling and signing these forms -in which names of Italian Expo Centres and show brands are mentioned- the exhibiting company must pay about € 1181,00 a year.
We have neither authorized this enterprise to use the name of Rimini Fiera or our show brands.
In case you will receive forms or proposals from Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV enterprise or from Expo Guide magazine, we hardly recommend you to read carefully the conditions before signing.

It has come to our knowledge that a company from Austria, the Construct Data Verlag GmbH, sends letters to exhibitors of fairs offering to advertise for three years on a virtual catalogue published on the web site www.fairguide.com at the cost of 971 €/year.
In the offer, Construct Data uses the name of Italian Fairs and also the name of the exhibitions and which exhibitor took part.
The same procedure is used with many Italian and foreigners Fairs.
We intend to clarify that Construct Data has never been authorized to use Fair´s trade marks and data, so they act without the participation, approval or knowledge of Fairs.
